Review dossier on certain aspects of the functioning of institutional facilities where children are placed for round-the-clock care in EU Member States

This review dossier focuses on the legal regulation of institutional facilities providing round-the-clock care for children in France, the Czech Republic, Poland and Spain. It highlights the classification of types of facilities providing round-the-clock care for children and their forms of ownership. Existing approaches to their financing are analysed.
