Informational Reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Article 615 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine on Ensuring Timely Trials under Martial Law” (No. 15030 dated 13 February 2026)

The informational reference examines issues related to ensuring timely trials under martial law in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15030 dated 13 February 2026). In particular, it addresses the recording of court proceedings, the pronouncement of court decisions, and the transfer of motions for the imposition or extension of a preventive measure to another judge (court).
The draft law is assessed as complying with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, and the provisions of current criminal procedural and judicial legislation.
