Informational Reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine’” (No. 15055 dated 05 March 2026)

Abstract. The informational reference examines the issue of granting the Pension Fund of Ukraine access to the integrated interdepartmental information and communication system “Arkan” for the purpose of monitoring the crossing of the state border by persons, vehicles, and cargo, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15055 dated 05 March 2026).
