Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to Strengthen Liability for Violations of Legislation on Financial Issues” (No. 15043-1 dated 09 March 2026)

The informational reference analyses the feasibility of amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses regarding the increase in fines for violations of legislation on financial matters in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15043-1 dated 09 March 2026). It examines the compliance of the proposed amendments with the current administrative tort and financial legislation of Ukraine, legislation in the field of state financial control, as well as the requirements of regulatory drafting techniques, and identifies potential risks of the draft law.
