Published on 15 May 2026, 15:00Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for introducing administrative liability of officials for violating the procedure for maintaining military records in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15115 dated 30 March 2026).
The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of the current Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and the legislation governing the procedure for maintaining military records.
