Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 45 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the conditions for release from criminal liability in connection with active repentance" (No. 12432, dated 21.01.2025)
Published on 24 March 2025, 10:00Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of clarifying the grounds for exemption from criminal liability due to effective remorse in the context of the draft law (No. 12432, dated 21.01.2025).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, and the provisions of current legislation on criminal liability were analyzed.
