This informational reference examines the grounds for clarifying the powers of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of detecting unjustified assets and collecting evidence for their subsequent recovery in favour of the state in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15260 dated 19 May 2026.
The study analyses the compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, the current Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, and the legislation governing the legal framework for the organization and functioning of the National Police of Ukraine.
