Information submitted to the "trust line" may be provided anonymously. An anonymous report on a violation of anti-corruption legislation will considered if the information therein refers to a specific person and contains factual data that can be verified.

An anonymous report cannot be regarded as a citizens' appeal in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals", therefore, its submission does not entail an obligation to provide a response to the applicant.

The information you provide will be used by the Board of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a basis for deciding whether an inspection or another form response is necessary, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
