Information to the «trust line» may be provided anonymously. An anonymous report on a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be subject to consideration if the information contained therein relates to a particular person and contains factual data that can be verified.
An anonymous report cannot be considered as an appeal of citizens in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Citizens' Appeals», therefore, its submission does not entail the obligatory preparation of a response to the applicant.
The information provided by you will be used by the Board of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a source for making a decision on the necessity of conducting an inspection or other response in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Prevention of Corruption».
