Public information created in the course of the activity of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is provided in response to a request for public information in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information".

This Law does not apply to relations concerning the receipt of information by public authorities in the course of performing their functions, nor to relations in the field of citizens' appeals, which are regulated by a separate law.
