7) Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
8) Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, whose functional responsibilities include coordinating the activities of the Research Service;
9) an official of the of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – a correspondent of the European Center for Parliamentary Research and Documentation.
