The Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine actively cooperates with the leading national scientific institutions and think-tanks, libraries, higher education institutions, state authorities, etc.
Cooperation with domestic partners is aimed at involving specialists of higher education institutions, scientific institutions, and state authorities in the implementation of joint research projects, preparing information and analytical materials as well as conducting trainings for the Ukrainian MPs, their assistants, and employees of the Secretariat of theVerkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
For 6 months of 2023, 10 agreements / memorandums of cooperation were concluded, in particular:

- Cooperation agreement with the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service (18.05.2023, Kyiv);
- Cooperation agreement with Dnipropetrovsk Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (26.05.2023, Kyiv);
- Cooperation agreement with the Association of Innovation and Digital Education (01.06.2023, Kyiv);
- Memorandum of cooperation with the National School of Judges of Ukraine (06.06.2023, Kyiv);
- Cooperation agreement with Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (29.06.2023, Kyiv).
