Informational reference on the legal regulation of the grounds for criminal liability for ecocide.

Abstract. Based on the provisions of Article 441 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, it provides an analysis of the grounds of criminal liability for ecocide. Also, it contains suggestions and proposals for improving the legal regulation of the grounds of liability for ecocide as a crime against the environment.
