On September 3, 2024, the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held training under a special short-term advanced training program "Communicative laws and public speaking", organized for people's deputies of Ukraine, employees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and assistants-consultants  of people's deputies of Ukraine.

The purpose of the educational event was to increase the knowledge and practical skills of oral professional speech, to establish contact and feedback, to use a variety of verbal and non-verbal means of influencing the audience during a public speech.

The training under the program was conducted by Tetiana Syvak, Doctor of Public Administration, Associate Professor, Head of the Training Center of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
