The Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in cooperation with the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program conducted a presentation of the scientific and practical commentary of the Law of Ukraine "On Law-Making Activity".

The participants were welcomed by Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Kserses Sidhva, Acting Deputy Director of the USAID Mission to Ukraine, and Anatolii Zagorodnii, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Denys Maslov, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy; Serhii Pyrozhkov, Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Nataliia Kuznetsova, Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Mykhailo Tepliuk, Deputy Secretary General of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – Head of the Main Legal Department; Roman Usenko, Deputy Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine; Oleksii Kot, Director of the Institute of Lawmaking and Scientific and Legal Expertise of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and Lesia Vaolevska, Head of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine joined the discussion.

The event was moderated by Morten Enberg, Director of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, and Ivan Myshchak, First Deputy Head of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
