Foresight is a tool for systematic comprehension of the future, which allows identifying trends and tendencies and forecasting their impact on social relations. This Guide is focused on strengthening the future forecasting capabilities of Ukrainian public authorities.
The Guide contains information on actual issues that are the focus of foreign and Ukrainian foresight research institutions and organisations, and highlights the results of the analysis of key trends, challenges and political decisions that Ukraine and the world are likely to face in the future.
