Analytical note on comparative legislation on the european experience of legal regulation of the number of wild animals, veterinary and sanitary control, control of animal rabies and african swine fever

Abstract. The analytical note highlights the role of the World Organisation for Animal Health in improving animal health and welfare, as well as in ensuring compliance with veterinary medicine standards around the world. The author analyses the foreign experience of legal regulation of the number of wild animals, veterinary and sanitary control, and the fight against rabies and African swine fever at the level of the European Union and in individual Member States (Germany, Austria, Romania, Slovakia).
