Within the launch of cooperation with the Ukraine2EU EU Integration Support Programme for Ukraine, a series of meetings have been held between the Research Service's management and the Program's management to discuss the forms of relations in areas of common interest.

In particular, it is about the possibilities of supporting the Research Service in its activities related to and facilitating the adaptation of national legislation to the EU acquis, as well as in activities aimed at training MPs of Ukraine, their assistants and employees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on EU law and EU accession processes.

The Research Service Representatives also took part in the official launching ceremony of the Ukraine2EU Program “Ukraine's Accession to the EU: Choice Made, Time to Go”, which took place on April, 1 in Kyiv.

Reference: The Ukraine2EU program is an EU program targeted to supporting Ukraine in the process of preparing for the European Union accession and membership. The program was initiated by the EU, Lithuania, Denmark, and recently joined by Sweden. Ukraine2EU will support Ukrainian institutions in managing the EU accession process and implementing the necessary reforms.
