Abstract. The information note examines the grounds for introducing criminal liability for the sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogues through the use of electronic information resources in the context of the draft law (Reg. No. 13333 of 30.05.2025).
The draft law was analyzed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, and the provisions of current legislation on criminal liability.
