Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of Ukraine on Liability for Military Administrative and Military Criminal Offenses» (No. 13452, dated 04.07.2025)

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of improving the mechanism for applying administrative penalties and criminal penalties to servicemen for certain types of offenses, eliminating the ambiguous interpretation of the content of the powers of officials of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine when carrying out procedural actions in cases of administrative offenses in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13452, dated 04.07.2025). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the Draft Law were identified.
