Abstract. The informational reference presents an analysis of the Draft Laws of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ’On the Judicial System and Status of Judges‘ regarding the creation of conditions for increasing the minimum subsistence level’ (No. 13467 dated 11 July 2025) and ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ’On the Judicial System and Status of Judges‘ regarding the creation of conditions for increasing the minimum subsistence level’ (No. 13467-1 dated 21 July 2025). The Draft Laws propose the introduction of a base (standard) value for calculating the official salaries of judges and disciplinary inspectors of the High Council of Justice.
