Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for introducing administrative and criminal liability for violations of the rules for operating unmanned aerial vehicles in the context of Draft Law Reg. No. 13600.
The compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, the provisions of current legislation on administrative and criminal liability, and legislation in the field of aviation and the use of Ukraine's airspace are analyzed.
