On November 5, 2025, the Research Service launched a special short-term professional development program entitled “European integration of Ukraine” (in English) for employees of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The aim of the educational event is to increase knowledge about: the specifics of Ukraine's movement towards the European Union and the prospects for the European integration process; the instruments used by European Union member states to support Ukraine's European integration; the development of skills to apply recommendations for optimising and improving European integration processes in Ukraine; and analysing Ukrainian legislation for compliance with European Union law.

The training program is conducted by Tetiana Druzhchenko, PhD in Education, Associate Professor, Head of the Foresight Sector of the Department of Economic Development and Financial Policy of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
