Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses Regarding Liability in the Field of Cinematography" (No. 14275, dated 05.12.2025)

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of strengthening administrative responsibility for the demonstration or distribution of films without entering them into the State Register of Films, violation of the conditions for the distribution and demonstration of films established by the legislation on cinematography, failure by officials and citizens - subjects of cinematography to comply with the quota for the demonstration of national films when using national screen time in the context of the draft law (No. 14275, dated 05.12.2025).
