Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Regulation of the Issue of Payment of Rewards to Whistleblowers" (No. 14274, dated 04.12.2025)

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of legislative regulation of the payment of remuneration to a whistleblower in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14274, dated 04.12.2025). The compliance of the proposed changes with the current Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and anti-corruption legislation, and the rules of normative drafting techniques is considered.
