Strategic Communications and Parliamentary Diplomacy Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

January 27, 2026, the Research Service held a special short-term training
program on “Strategic Communications and Parliamentary Diplomacy” for members
of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, employees of the Secretariat of the Verkhova
Rada of Ukraine, assistants and advisors to Ukrainian MPs, as well as
representatives of state authorities, local self-government bodies, other legal
entities and individuals (on a contractual basis).
The purpose of the educational event was to develop knowledge on strategic communications and parliamentary diplomacy, as well as skills and abilities to apply strategic communications tools and technologies in professional activities and in establishing interparliamentary cooperation.

The training was conducted by Tetiana Syvak, Doctor of Sciences in Public
Administration, Associate Professor, Head of the Training Centre of the
Research Service.
