Abstract. The informational reference presents the results of an analysis of the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’ Regarding the Improvement of the Activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine” (No. 14321-1 dated 23 December 2025). The analysis is conducted in light of the opinions of the Venice Commission.
