Review Dossier on Legislative Approaches to the Formation of a Wage System in Ukraine and Selected EU Member States

Abstract. This review dossier presents the results of an analysis of wage system formation in Ukraine in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine «On a Fair Wage System in Ukraine» (No. 14387 dated 19 January 2026). It examines the approach proposed in the draft law, in particular the introduction of elements of a grade-based remuneration system. The dossier also provides examples of legislative regulation of this issue in Lithuania and Poland.
