March 10-11, 2026, employees of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of
Ukraine and the Department of Organizational and Educational Activities
(Educational Center) of the Information Management Department of the
Secretariat of the Verkhova Rada of Ukraine took part in a special short-term
professional development program on strategic management organized by the
Recovery for All (RFA) project.
The training was aimed at improving professional knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure an appropriate level of professional qualification in strategic management and performance evaluation, the development of strategic planning documents, monitoring and evaluating progress in their implementation and result achievement as well as reporting in accordance with results-based management methodology.

The training was conducted by experts from the Recovery for All (RFA)
international technical assistance project, funded by the Government of Canada
and implemented by Alinea Int.: Maria Plaksenko, Iryna Lazorevych, Natalia
Korolyuk, Anna Kovalenko, and Maryna Ratushna.
