Professional burnout diagnosis, prevention, and correction among employees of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

March 10, 2026, the Research Service held a training session under a special
short-term professional development program entitled “Professional burnout diagnosis,
prevention, and correction among employees of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna
Rada of Ukraine,” organized for Ukrainian MPs, staff of the Secretariat of the
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, MPs' assistants and advisors.
The purpose of the educational event was to develop the participants' professional skills in diagnosing and preventing professional and emotional burnout, mastering methods of mental self-regulation, and activating personal resources to maintain and strengthen mental health.

The training was conducted by Maryna Yurievna Zaushnikova, a practical
psychologist, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor,
associate professor of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy, and Sociology of
the State Tax University.
