April 21, 2026, Lesya Vaolevska, Head of the Research Service of the
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Oleksandr Slobozhan, Executive Director of the
Association of Ukrainian Cities, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The partners agreed to consolidate their efforts in the implementation of joint
research and educational projects.
