Abstract. The informational reference examines issues related to the harmonization of current legislation with the provisions of the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15056 dated 06 March 2026).
The draft law is assessed as complying with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, and the provisions of current criminal, criminal procedural, and anti-corruption legislation.
