Abstract. The informational reference provides a general description of the transport policy of the European Union, based on the acts of European Union law that are fundamental to this field. An analysis of legislative initiatives is conducted in the context of implementing the recommendations of the European Commission set out in the report on Ukraine’s progress within the framework of the 2025 EU enlargement package.
