As part of a working visit to Romania, a delegation of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, led by the Head of the Service, Lesia Vaolevska, visited the National Institute of Administration of Romania (INA) in Bucharest.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the professional training and continuous professional development of civil servants, the implementation of modern educational approaches, as well as support for institutional development and Ukraine’s European integration efforts.

A key outcome of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National Institute of Administration of Romania. The Memorandum lays the foundation for a long-term partnership in the areas of professional training, research, exchange of expertise, and the implementation of joint educational and expert initiatives.
