Abstract. The informational reference presents the results of an analysis of the Draft Civil Code of Ukraine (No. 15150 dated 9 April 2026). Based on the analysis, the positive innovations introduced by the draft Civil Code of Ukraine are identified, and proposals are put forward to improve certain of its provisions.
