The Research Service hosted a meeting with Mindaugas Skačkauskas, the Permanent Representative of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine.

The main focus of the discussion was the exchange of experience in the field of analytical support for the legislative process and the development of interparliamentary partnership.

As part of their professional cooperation, Mr. Skačkauskas presented the "Dictionary on Futures Foresight", a publication by the Research Unit of the Chancellery of the Seimas of Lithuania. This work focuses on foresight methodology (strategic forecasting), which helps EU parliaments model public policy scenarios, assess long-term risks, and analyze future trends.

Representatives of the Research Service expressed their gratitude to the Lithuanian partners for their ongoing support and valuable materials, the experience of which will be integrated into future analytical activities.
