Analytical Note on Comparative Law of the European Union, its Member States and Other Countries of the World on the Safety of Children in the Online Space

Abstract. The analytical note presents results of the analysis of the principles of common and state policy and legislation of the European Union, its individual member states and other countries of the world on the safety of children in the online space. The emphasis is on legal approaches applied at the European Union level, aimed at creating safe online space for children, as well as on the features and trends of legislative support for children's rights on the Internet in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, France.
