Abstract. The information reference examines the grounds for improving the procedure for demobilization and reintegration of servicemen in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15233 dated 13 May 2026.

The compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, and the provisions of current legislation on military service and social protection of servicemen is examined.
