Abstract. The informational reference examines the introduction of Ukraine’s national defence model based on the principle of total reserve in the context of the Draft Law No. 15243 dated 13 May 2026.
The study analyses the compliance of the Draft Law with the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, legal theory, the legislative process, and the current legislation governing the field of defence.
