Abstract. The informational reference examines the issue of implementing certain acts of European Union law (EU acquis) into the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine in the context of the analysis of the planning of parliamentary activities for 2026 and measures to implement the recommendations of the European Commission set out in the Progress Reports on Ukraine within the framework of the European Union Enlargement Package, as provided for in national programme documents. The correlation between the acts of EU law recommended for implementation and the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning specific criminal procedural matters, in particular the resolution of conflicts of jurisdiction, was analysed.
