Informational reference on International Practices for Settling Debts Arising from the Performance of Last Resort Supplier Functions in the Electricity Market

Abstract. This informational reference outlines the issue of settling debts incurred by the supplier of last resort. It examines the experience of Energy Community member states and the United Kingdom in addressing the issue of debt incurred by national suppliers of last resort and suggests incorporating this international experience into Ukraine’s energy legislation.
