Abstract. The informational reference presents the results of the analysis of the Draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Free Legal Aid” regarding strengthening protection of victims of hate crimes» (No. 14409 dated 29.01.2026), aimed at strengthening protection of hate crimes victims based on sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
