Abstract. This informational reference examines the appropriateness of amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences to strengthen the protection of children’s rights and optimise the time limits for imposing penalties for bullying, as envisaged by Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15419 dated 16 July 2026. The proposed amendments are assessed for compliance with current legislation on administrative offences and the protection of children’s rights, and potential risks related to their enforcement are identified.
