From 12 to 15 October 2026, Andrii Toka, Chief Consultant of the Department of Economic Development and Financial Policy of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, participated in the third and fourth modules of the international training programme Sustainable & Innovative Recovery of Ukraine 2026, held in Budapest, Hungary.

The programme was organised by the Robert Schuman Institute in cooperation with the Christian Democratic International Center.

The training covered modern approaches to evidence-based policymaking, promoting local economic development, and implementing the principles of sustainable development and the circular economy. Particular attention was paid to project development and implementation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
