Information note on the Draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ (Reg. No. 11520 dated 23.08.2024)

The Information Note contains the results of the study of the legislative proposals of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the new legal regulation of public procurement. The provisions are analysed separately: Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC; OECD Guidelines on public procurement.
