Abstract. In the parliamentary research, the state of national legislation regarding response to nuclear, chemical, radiation, and biological threats is disclosed, the algorithm of actions of state authorities in the event of CBRN threats (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Threats) is highlighted, international standards of response to nuclear, chemical, radiation, biological threats are characterized, including EU standards, as well as foreign experience of legal regulation of response to CBRN threats is given.

The experience of EU member states in responding to CBRN threats, in particular, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, and Lithuania, is analysed.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the peculiarities of legal regulation of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence, determined by the current legislation and law enforcement activities of relevant state and non-state institutions in the USA and the states of the EU.

The following issues are considered: legislative support of the specified sphere of public relations; creation and functioning of a register of cases of domestic violence, registers of persons who committed domestic violence and suffered from these acts; principles of protection and mechanisms of control over observance of rights and vital interests of victims of domestic violence; providing comprehensive and timely assistance to affected persons by entities specializing in the implementation of measures aimed at preventing and combating domestic violence; coordination of activities of such entities, ways to optimize their information interaction; availability of call centers, hotlines and other institutions to provide free advice on preventing and combating domestic violence, including against children; grounds and procedure for prosecution for domestic violence.

The above-mentioned questions are analyzed in detail on the example of the USA, such member states of the EU as Bulgaria, Estonia, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, France, Croatia, Sweden, Great Britain.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the experience of legal regulation of the establishment of additional payments to the basic salary to employees (officers) of local self-government bodies that implement and administer international technical assistance projects (programs) at the expense of funds provided for the financing of such a project (program), on the example of Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and the Baltic States.

Key words: employees (servants) of local self-government bodies, international technical assistance, remuneration of local self-government employees, additional payments to the basic salary, implementation and administration of projects (programs) by international funds.

Abstract. Abstract. The analytical note continues the study of the functioning of the sergeant corps in the armed forces of individual NATO member states, its place in the Alliance's military command system, the tasks and functions of the chief sergeants of the armed forces of individual NATO countries (their equivalent positions, which in NATO have the generalized name Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) - senior leader from among the rank and file and non-commissioned officers of the command), in particular: Senior Advisor to the Rank and File Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – SEAC)Sergeant Major of the Lithuanian Armed Forces and their offices - in the comparative aspect of the activities of the chief sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the subordinate Office for working with the non-commissioned staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The research was carried out in view of the updated domestic legislation and clarification of information regarding: communication of the senior commander of the sergeant corps (NCO) with the chief sergeants or senior advisers to the commanders; the Office of the Chief Sergeant of the US Armed Forces.
