Abstract. This informational reference examines the legal grounds for strengthening administrative liability for failure to comply with the lawful requirements of officials of the central executive body responsible for implementing state policy on land transport safety. The analysis is conducted in the context of the proposals set out in Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15515 dated 14 August 2026.

The analysis assesses the Draft Law’s compliance with the requirements of legislative drafting, the fundamental principles governing administrative liability, and Ukrainian legislation regulating land transport activities and transport safety.

The analysis identifies risks that may hinder the effective implementation of the Draft Law in practice and the achievement of its stated objectives, namely improving the safety of land transport operations and ensuring the effective performance by the relevant central executive body of its assigned tasks and functions.

Abstract. This informational reference examines the appropriateness of amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences to strengthen the protection of children’s rights and optimise the time limits for imposing penalties for bullying, as envisaged by Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15419 dated 16 July 2026. The proposed amendments are assessed for compliance with current legislation on administrative offences and the protection of children’s rights, and potential risks related to their enforcement are identified.
