Abstract. The informational reference examines the strengthening of administrative liability aimed at countering destructive content, Internet trends, and online games in the educational process, in the context of Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15396 dated 10 July 2026. Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the Draft Law were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for criminal liability for the counterfeiting of veterinary medicinal products and active substances, as well as for their smuggling, in the context of Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15413 dated 15 July 2026.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for improving the criminal and criminal procedural legislation governing criminal proceedings that cannot be conducted in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation due to armed aggression and the temporary occupation of certain territories of Ukraine. The study was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15376 dated 3 July 2026.

The study analyses the compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, European Union law, the criminal and criminal procedural legislation governing the rights and freedoms of participants in criminal proceedings, and the relevant European and national case law.

The results of the study revealed risks that may hinder the application of the provisions of the Draft Law and the achievement of its goal of legislatively ensuring guarantees of the rights and freedoms of individuals in criminal proceedings, the proper implementation of which is made impossible as a result of armed aggression and temporary occupation of certain territories of Ukraine.

Abstract. This informational reference presents the results of an analysis of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning the Appointment and Payment of a Monthly Lifetime Cash Allowance to the Founders of the Modern State of Ukraine – Members of Parliament” (No. 15378 dated 3 July 2026). Abstract. This analytical note provides a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the European Union and individual EU Member States concerning the legal regulation of the licensing system, accreditation, auditing, and training on health and safety issues for workers engaged in high-risk work.
