Abstract. The guide is devoted to the study of the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine regarding volunteers, in particular innovations in the legal regulation of volunteer activities. The peculiarities of the directions of implementation of volunteer activities are indicated. The main trends in the development of the legislation of Ukraine on volunteer activities are highlighted based on the analysis of the provisions of draft laws that are under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The emphasis is on the problematic aspects of volunteer activities that require legal mediation.

Abstract. The Guide to Legislation on Changes in the Field of Education and Science during the Martial Law Regime analyses the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during this period. Particular attention is paid to the priority areas of legislative regulation in the areas of out-of-school and pre-school education, complete general secondary education, vocational education, professional higher education and higher education. The main directions of innovation activity in Ukraine under martial law are also highlighted.

Abstract. The Guide to the Legislation on the Rights and Responsibilities of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine sets out the main provisions of the legal acts that establish the basic, electoral, economic, social and other rights of internally displaced persons, as well as their main responsibilities. The author also presents the main international standards for ensuring the rights of this category of persons.
