Guide to volunteering legislation
Published on 17 December 2025, 17:00Abstract. The guide is devoted to the study of the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine regarding volunteers, in particular innovations in the legal regulation of volunteer activities. The peculiarities of the directions of implementation of volunteer activities are indicated. The main trends in the development of the legislation of Ukraine on volunteer activities are highlighted based on the analysis of the provisions of draft laws that are under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The emphasis is on the problematic aspects of volunteer activities that require legal mediation.
