Analytical note on comparative legislation on honoring the families of combatants in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Awards of Ukraine" regarding the conferral of honorary titles on family members of combatants” (No. 14079 dated 26.09.2025)

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the legislation of the United States of America, Great Britain, Canada, and New Zealand on the symbolic honoring of families of combatants and military personnel in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Awards of Ukraine” on awarding honorary titles to family members of combatants” (No. 14079 dated 26.09.2025).
