Information note on strengthening pension guarantees

Abstract. The Information note analyzes the provisions of Ukrainian legislation on pension provision regarding the payment of an unpaid pension. Attention is focused on certain provisions of the legislation on the right to payment of an unpaid pension. Proposals for improving the legislative regulation of pension payment by court decision are considered.
