Information note on the conditions for granting pensions from the PAYG system of compulsory state pension insurance

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation on humanitarian aid in terms of recognition of vehicles as humanitarian aid. Attention is focused on certain regulatory provisions on the accounting of humanitarian aid under martial law. Proposals for improving the legislative regulation of the procedure for recognizing vehicles as humanitarian aid are considered.
